About the Program:
In a recent decision, the U.S. Supreme Court held that life insurance proceeds received by a corporation to fund an obligation to purchase a deceased stockholder’s shares under a buy-sell agreement must be included in the corporation's value for federal estate tax purposes and is not reduced by the contractual purchase obligation. Come hear a discussion key takeaways from our multidisciplinary panel of industry leaders on what you need to know about the implications of Connelly.
