About the Program:  Mr. Frank will discussing funding long-term care alternatives including private pay, long-term care insurance, continuing care retirement communities and Medicaid, as well as issues surrounding the diminishing capacity of clients.

About the Speaker:  Jason A. Frank  is the President of Frank, Frank & Scherr, LLC. His elder law, special needs and estate planning practice addresses the legal consequences of age related and other disabilities. He also serves as the Assistant Baltimore County Attorney for the Baltimore County Department of Aging.

He authored Elder Law in Maryland and Maryland Medicaid: Long Term Care. Mr. Frank co-founded the Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and has served twice as Chair of the Elder Law Section Council. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Public Policy Steering Committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and co-founder and past president of the Maryland Chapter. He graduated from New York University School of Law and is a graduate of Maryland Leadership 2001. 

He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Council of Advanced Practitioners and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
