Working With Corporate Trustees & A Primer On Specialty Assets will be presented by U.S. Trust executives Adam F. Burch, Managing Director & Market Investment Director and Connie Torbian, Market Trust Director & Senior VP. This presentation will uncover high impact ways to effectively work with corporate trustees along with a primer on specialty assets such as businesses and real estate including farmland. This will include an overview of the specialty asset industry, its relevance to estate planning and implementation, as well as nonprofit organizations and institutions.

About the Speakers
Adam F. Burch, CIMA®
is currently the Market Investment Director for the U.S. Trust Baltimore team, responsible for delivering the firm’s thought leadership and portfolio management capabilities.  In addition to managing assets for a select group of the firm’s strategic clients, he leads the market’s other advisors as the resident member of the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Team.

Connie Torabian is a Senior Trust Officer and Market Trust director at U.S. Trust, Private Wealth Management.  She has assisted high net worth clients with developing, amending and implementing estate plans for over 29 years.  In addition, Connie serves as the Washington D.C. Market Trust Director.  She is accountable for effectively managing all fiduciary specialists in the market.  She is also responsible for executing trust strategy, managing fiduciary risks, and ensuring trust policy adherence.
